2-day Foundation Course delivered by Video Meeting (we use Whereby, which is secure and only requires a link to sign in), with a blend of live class with your trainer plus sessions in the Academy to do offline exercises.

You can choose to have a small team (no more than 20 each) go through these Professional Programmes separately from the public. You will have the option of scheduling these to be quicker than the standard 12 week Term.
(If you only have a few people interested, we run these 2x a year and can sign them up to the next Term at a Group Rate)
